Nagi Tools terms of use

These terms of use ("these terms") apply to every app provided by Nagi Tools ("we"; the apps, "the app"). Where an app has additional terms, they apply as well, and where the two differ, the additional terms prevail. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use at your own risk

You use the app at your own judgment and risk. The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it fits any particular purpose, works accurately, or is free of defects.

2. Devices and data

Changes to your device, its OS or other apps may stop the app from working or from working as expected. We recommend keeping a copy of the data you make with the app. We are not responsible for any damage caused by lost data.

3. In-app purchases and payment

1. The app may sell in-app items, such as removing ads or adding features. What is sold and what it does is shown on each app's purchase screen and in its additional terms.
2. Payment for in-app purchases is made through Google Play. Payment methods, charges and refunds under Google Play's rules follow Google Play's terms and procedures.
3. Google handles your payment details (such as card numbers); we never receive them.

5. If a purchased item does not take effect, and the problem is not solved after you contact us, we will refund the purchase through Google Play.

4. Prohibited use

Do not use the app for any purpose that breaks the law or public order, or that causes trouble for others.

5. Changes and discontinuation

We may change the app or these terms, or stop providing the app, without notice. Changed terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
